Wildlife activists depict a Tiger with different coloured pebbles at the entrance of the Teen Murti Bhavan
On the 28th of July 2009, there was a Tiger Rally organised by the Delhi Greens at the Nehru Memorial Museum & Library (NMML). WWF-India, after correspondence with Mr. Govind Singh, was also present at the Event. It was very important for the Tiger Rally to happen when it did, since reports on the diminishing number of Tigers in India have been increasing in recent days. Read more

Activity: How to recycle Paper?

On July the 23rd 2009, the Environmental Education Department of WWF India was holding a presentation on how to recycle paper at the Springdale School in New Delhi.

WWF India in cooperation with the school provided the apparatus. From the beginning the children were engaged in the process and asked many questions. The presentation was given to four different groups of about 50 pupils, all of whom were eager to learn how to recycle paper. Read more
