Mr. Sankar Prasad Pani submitted that there were inconsistencies in the Original Application and the annexures thereto and in the title of Respondent No.13, M/s BG Balasore-Bhadrak Highways Pvt. Ltd. and prayed that he may be permitted to withdraw the Original Application with liberty to file a fresh Original Application with correct facts. The Original Application was accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
