THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF SNAKES
This programme sets out to dispel some of the popular myths surrounding snakes. Profusely illustrated with a wide variety of Indian snake species, the presentation explains how snakes play a vital role in controlling pests such as rats and other destructive rodents, and are therefore beneficial to man and should be protected.

LORD OF JUNGLE
In 1973 ?Project Tiger? was launched by the Government of India. At the same time the World Wide Fund for Nature (then called the World Wildlife Fund) pledged its full support, aiming to raise one million dollars in a bid to help save the Royal Bengal Tiger of India from extinction. This programme deals with the causes of the tiger’s decline and the measures being taken to protect it. It also presents a history of Project Tiger from 1973 till the mid-1980s.
