M/s. Holi Drops Packaged Drinking Water Company v. The Chairman Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board

The applicants business of packaged drinking water had been established after obtaining licence. In suo moto proceedings, the unit was ordered for closure. The applicant filed application to the tribunal against the closure order and the tribunal ordered for reconnection of electricity to protect the machineries.
