Yog Raj v. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors.

The petition was filed in relation to the damage caused to the houses of the Applicants because of construction and other activities carried out by the Project Proponent in the Hydroelectric Project, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. However, the tribunal did not find merits in their objections, and provided limited relief to them, stating that respondents were only liable to make repairs to the damage directly caused by their activity.
