Mr. P.S. Jeyachandran v. The State of Tamil Nadu

The application sought for an injunction restraining the respondents from carrying any quarry activity, and order to close their units and pay environmental damage compensation for violation of Water and Air Acts.(on the ground that there was no consent to operate). Since an appeal challenging the validity of the consent was pending before the Appellate Authority of TNPCB, the application was disposed off before this tribunal.
