Communications Officer / Senior Officer - Design

WWF-India, one of the largest conservation organizations, engaged in wildlife and nature conservation in the country, invites applications from candidates to join the Marketing and Communications team as Officer / Senior Officer – Communications (Design).
Location: New Delhi
Job Profile: 
  1. Engage in brainstorming and creative ideations for campaigns
  2. Timely execution of campaign collaterals and audio-visual content for WWF and supporting partners
  3. Coordinating with the experts and editors and getting approvals
  4. Creating a plan and calendar for all the departments for social media
  5. Creating visuals and videos for Social Media
  6. Ensure we follow the brand template and guidelines
  7. Creating, Collating & Managing visual (& audio-visual) databank for facilitating and improving quality of communication
  8. Drive campaigns by creating visual identities, communication & collaterals to inspire an external audience
  9. Design publications for connecting our work with external or internal audience
  10. Support organization's external communication & engagement channels
  11. Any other similar assignment or project 
Desired Experience: 
  1. Experience along with a proven knowledge of graphic layout and design across multiple media channels. Experience in the area of web platform development/management is desirable. Experience in video editing would be considered an asset.
  2. Conversant with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
  3. Demonstrated experience in visual messaging and informational graphics.
Qualifications and skills:
  1. A minimum 1-3 years of graphic design
  2. Undergraduate university degree in Design, Art, Digital Media or other related field
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. A creative mindset and the ability to work well under pressure, completing tasks efficiently, and handling tight deadlines.
  5. Experience leading small design teams and providing support to multiple stakeholders.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be a forward thinker.
  7. Ability to work with various departments and resolve challenges.
