Manager- Communication (Storytelling)

WWF-India, one of the largest conservation organizations, engaged in wildlife and nature conservation in the country, invites applications from self-motivated and dynamic individual with an inherent sensitivity towards the conservation of nature to work as a Manager-Communications (Storytelling) to support the Marketing and Fundraising team.
 
Location: New Delhi
 
The Job Profile:
 
The responsibilities of the incumbent are as follows: 
  1. Developing content strategy for digital visibility & engagement through blogs, stories on website and social media.
  2. Ensuring timely delivery/ update of stories/ campaigns/ publications etc
  3. Ensuring all communication follows and adheres to brand values and guidelines
  4. Coordinating with various program verticals / states for regular updating of content on all platforms
  5. Support digital fundraising with engaging stories, content & user journeys.
  6. Developing social media strategies and campaigns for WWF-India (and associated) social media pages for maximum traction 
  7. Supporting in conceptualizing and executing campaigns like Earth Hour and others
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies required:
  • Graduate or Post graduate in English Literature/ Mass Communications
  • About 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Proven abilities in content strategy and development including for digital, social & print media.
  • Experience in content writing to drive traffic towards the website.
  • Previous experience in working with media to promote stories, events, op-eds etc
  • Experience in conceptualizing and developing fundraising campaigns for web and social media
  • Experience in organizing media events, fam trips, press conferences, report launches etc
  • Experience in working with design, digital and event agencies.
  • Experience in crafting engaging journeys for a total brand experience.
