Senior Communications Officer– Fundraising Communication

WWF-India, one of the largest conservation organizations, engaged in wildlife and nature conservation in the country, invites applications from self-motivated and dynamic individual with an inherent sensitivity towards the conservation of nature to work as a Senior Communication Officer – Fundraising Communication (IFR), to support our Marketing and Fundraising teamin content development, creating communication collaterals and fundraising products to support the fundraising activities of the organization, in keeping with the communication and brand guidelines of the WWF network.

Location: New Delhi

The Job Profile:
  1. Developing & managing a well-defined donor journey in a time bound manner.
  2. Developing communication collaterals (Donor newsletters, brochures, leaflets) as per requirements- updates, promotional material, FR products etc.
  3. Working with various programme divisions in WWF-India ( including field offices) to gather necessary content for donor communication collaterals 
  4. Check & control communication quality - verbal or written from the division.
  5. Implement structured research from time to time to get feedback from donors and integrate the learning to better the product proposition.
  6. Helps with any other marketing & communication needs of individual fundraising vertical by developing necessary templates & formats
  7. Work with partners and vendors for timely delivery of communication products
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies required:
  • Graduate or Post graduate in English Literature
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in editing and developing product / content.
  • Proven abilities in product / content development and editing
Desired Skills and Abilities:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
  • Familiarity with online/digital communication models.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks.
