Green Skill Development Programme

Greetings from WWF ENVIS Resource Partner!
 
Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, (MoEF&CC), Government of India has launched Green Skill Development Programme (GSDP), in line with the Hon'ble Prime Minister's Skill India Mission. In this context, WWF-India, ENVIS (RP) is going to conduct two GSDP certificate courses namely "Wildlife Management using Geospatial Techniques" & "Bird Identification and Basic Ornithology" in the current FY 2021-2022 starting from last week of February 2022 (tentative). The duration of Wildlife Management using Geospatial Techniques course is 2 months (maximum 264 hrs) and 20 days (maximum 160 hrs) for Bird Identification and Basic Ornithology respectively.
 
The course is free of cost and the candidates who are Class X Pass/Class XII Pass/ dropouts (Bird Identification and basic ornithology) and Science graduates in any discipline and graduates in Geography (Wildlife Management using Geospatial Techniques) can apply. Also please note that only unemployed candidates can apply for these courses.

*Note: Applicants must select the name of the respective courses as Discipline and ‘WWF-India, Delhi’ as Centre under the GSDP training section while filling the online application form for the above-mentioned courses.

The last date of Submission of Applications for both the courses is 25th February 2022
